Money-Back Window: 14 days from delivery.

Damaged or Missing Parts

  • If packaging looks damaged, write “Damaged” on the courier note before signing. You may refuse severely damaged deliveries.
  • If damage/missing parts are found after delivery, tell us within 48 hours so we can file a carrier claim.
  • We’ll supply replacement parts (typical lead time 14–21 working days). If we can’t resolve it with parts or a replacement, we’ll arrange free collection and issue a full refund.

Changed Your Mind

  • Return the item to our designated depot; refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear in 2–5 working days after processing.
  • Collection service is available on request and quoted based on item and postcode.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in resaleable condition, and in the original packaging (no assembly, fitting, or modification).
  • Exclusions: clearance items, gift cards, personalised/custom-made items.
  • For hygiene reasons, mattresses, duvets, bedding and other close-contact products are returnable only if unopened in original packaging.
