Eligibility

• Provide your real name, valid UK phone number and email, and requested details for order processing.
• Provide a valid delivery address within the United Kingdom (no PO boxes, hotels, or temporary accommodation).

Pricing, Payment & Security

• Prices include VAT where applicable. Your order total = product price(s) + any delivery and payment-method charges shown at checkout.
• You confirm you are authorised to use the selected payment method (e.g., card, PayPal). All payments are subject to issuer authorisation.
• We take reasonable steps to protect order and payment data but cannot be liable for unauthorised access beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery & Access

• Free delivery applies to most UK Mainland postcodes; surcharges may apply for remote areas. See our Shipping Policy for coverage and timelines.
• Standard free service is to ground floor only. Upper floors require a working lift or pre-arranged paid assistance.
• Large items are pre-booked; ensure someone is available on the delivery day. Redelivery/cancellation charges may apply for failed delivery or late changes.

Returns, Damage & Loss

• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (exclusions apply). Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resaleable. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
• Report damage/faults within 30 days of delivery with photos. Where applicable, we replace parts rather than whole items.
• If you authorised delivery to a “safe place”, loss/damage claims may not be available.

Made-to-Order Items

Cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the order value due to custom production.

Guarantees & Warranties

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, items are sold without manufacturer warranty.
